It’s so easy to get tangled up and forget that your own health is important, especially after having a kid, but it’s proved to be one of the best things I  could do. After a couple of sessions with Angie I noticed I had more energy, and it was easier to get moving, and keep moving, even on low sleep ( which is major when you have a toddler who doesn't’)

I suffer from skin issues which gets very itchy in the winter and one day after a couple of sessions with Angie, I left the house without remembering to take my antihistamine, got home and the itchiness was barely noticeable which is AMAZING compared to before! My face is SO glad I met Angie.

I have cystic fibrosis and for the past several years I’ve been taking a gene therapy which has been awesome for my lungs, but hell for my face. My facial skin became dry to the point of roughness.

It didn’t matter how much moisturizer I put on, either. I felt ugly and sad. + Who is this programme NOT for?

This is not for you if you’re a self-described hippy who obsesses over the ingredients in every drugstore bottle and assigns all your hygiene to crystals and coconut oil. I’ve been that girl. I still like my crystals and coconut oil, but sometimes your skin needs a dose of science.

And, if you want a diagnosis on a specific health issue, this isn't for you. I'm not a doctor and so all I can do is guide you in a couple of directions of which specialists may be worth speaking to.

+ I'm a man, can I sign up?

Absolutely! But, just so you know, there will be period talk. So... if you're open and respectful to women and their experiences, then I'd love to help you.

+ What do I need to complete the course?

  • First, a solid internet connection: if your internet connection doesn't allow you to stream videos, you won’t be able to access and utilise the content.
  • Block out at least an hour/week for the course if want to follow it LIVE with the rest of the group.
  • Have access to fresh produce and be able to shop for some body oils and other supplies.
  • Be comfortable swapping sauces for spices.
  • Have (or borrow) these kitchen tools: pan, strong blender, electric whisk, juicer (not essential), glass mixing bowl, a good knife, a grater, and a peeler.
